I recently follow the steps on Allowing remote desktop connections from outside my home network
I have a laptop which is using windows 8.1, but everytime I try to do a remote connection it attempts to use my Microsoft account to login, when my windows 7 doesn't require one. So I keep getting denied with "your credentials did no work." Anyone know how to get around this? Thanks
