Windows 8 ICS Doesn't work

Hello

After a lot of investigation, i could not manage ICS to work with my brand new windows 8.

Here is the thing, I have installed a clean copy of windows 8 64 bits, in my netbook.

Everything works fine, but with my old windows 7 i use my netbook to share internet with my desktop PC.

But now i cannot make it work in windows 8.

For your knowledge, i use a 3G modem in my netbook, and a wired lan for my other PC. I have a switch in my LAN.

I made all the things exactly the same as in windows 7, and when I try to access from my other PC's, I have response from the netbook (ping) but i could not get passtrough this machine to the web,

I check a lot of forums, and is a common problem, but there is no solution yet, please help me, I need internet in my desktop, and I can't get another way to share the internet, because 3G is my only way to get on-line.
