Windows 8.. Very slow shutdown when in domain

I have a Windows 8.1 machine with all current updates that I have been testing at work.   Once I joined that machine to our Domain, it takes the machine about 10 minutes to shutdown. If I then remove it from the domain shutdown takes well less than 1 minute as it did prior to joining the domain.

Any ideas of what could be causing this?
