Windows 8.1 Pro client cannot connect to VPN server(Windows 2003 RRAS Ver. 5.2.00000) error 691 (The remote connection was denied because the username and password combination you provided is not recognized or selected authentication protocol is not permuted on the remote access server) but when I use Windows 7 and make same configuration VPN connect to server without any problems.
