When I try to connect to my work with my vpn connection I get below error :

Error connection to VPN. Error 720. I have Windows 8.1 Pro

They advice me to reinstall the tcp/ip protocol but I can't because I can not click on uninstall. Can you help me resolving this (below point 2) problem?

  1. Uninstall the TCP/IP protocol. To do so:
    1. In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-up Connections, right-clickLocal Area Connection, and then click Properties.
    2. Under Components checked are used by this connection, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Uninstall.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall TCP/IP.
    4. Restart the computer when prompted, but click No if you are prompted to allow Windows to enable a protocol.
  2. Right-click This PC, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
  4. On the View menu, click Show hidden devices.
  5. Under Network adapters, there should be no WAN Miniport IP devices.
  6. Reinstall the TCP/IP protocol. To do so:
    1. In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-up Connections, right-clickLocal Area Connection, and then click Properties.
    2. Click Install.
    3. In the Select Network Component Type dialog box, click Protocol, and then click Add.
    4. Under Network Protocol, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then clickOK.
    5. When the protocol is installed, click Close.
  7. Reset the modem by turning the power off and then on, or for an internal modem, restart the computer.
  8. Test your Internet connectivity.
