PPTP doesn't work in Windows 8.1

Hello Microsoft

We have a laptop with Windows 8.1 Professional

I create PPTP connection to server, It connecting and after 20 seconds disconnect automatically.

No any errors or records in Event Viewer.

Tried remove Vipre, re-register some DLLs, create rules in firewall and disable it at all, select different protocols and encryption types.

From Windows 7 working perfect.

I followed ALL recommendations found in Internet - still doesn't work.

What can I do else?
