Some programms cannot connect to the internet

Hi!

I have recently bought a new laptop with windows 8,1. Some of the programms that i mainly download from the internet and not from the store say that cannot connect to the internet. But i have internet... and all the other programms works correctly. I tried to switch off windows firewall and windows defender but the problem is the same. So what can i do about that?
