How to access Public Folder remotely?

I am connected to the Admin PC  Public folder in our small office which  is connected to the same WiFi.

I have a user account to access the public folder. When I am in the office I access this through Network\Users\Public\Documents.

I am now abroad and want to access the Public Folder remotely. I don't want to use Cloud Programmes like OneDrive or Dropbox etc.

Is there any other way to access the Public folder whilst I'm on business trip?
