Credence delegation not available in group policy

HI,

1. I am trying to fix the issue in which I am not able to do remote desktop .
2. I have came across the solution which says we need to set "Encrytion Oracle remediation " as "vulnerable"
3. But when I am trying to fix this I am not able to find "Credence Delagation " option in my group policy.

Any help and suggestion will be appreciated.
