Hello
Since update to 8.1 I can not connect to a VPN. I have been troubleshooting it following various article but it just does not work.
In the Change Adapter settings - where the VPN connection is displayed - it says Device missing. It does not allow me to click on properties and change / set up the connection.
I tried to activate various services as per article I found - but a service which I believe is necessary does not start - Remote Access connection and the Socket Tunnelling...
Is there anything I can try before having to repair the system which would take away all my programs
